Shipping
Standard Shipping: Shipping charges in the United States are determined by the order amount. All orders shipped in the U.S. are shipped Fedex Ground or USPS unless requested otherwise. Standard shipping may take up to 2 weeks for products in-stock. Standard shipping charges are provided below.

Sales Tax
in-fusions is based in Portland. We charge NO SALES TAX. Enjoy your tax free shopping!

Backorders and out of stock merchandise
Backordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In the event that your order can not be filled within 10 days we will put it on backorder status and notify you of the approximate delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to our e-mail notification, we will consider your order to be valid and we will notify you upon our shipment of the backorder items via e-mail. Please note that backorders may take up to 8 weeks to process.

Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturers warranty to be defect free in the materials and workmanship. Merchandise which is defective in materials or workmanship will be replaced or, at sellers option, credit for the original purchase price will be allowed provided the buyer notifies in-fusions.com of such defect via email within 30 days and buyer returns the merchandise in accordance with in-fusions.com return policy. Normal wear and tear is not covered and is considered normal. Damage due to customer accident or misuse is not covered. Natural variations in products are not considered defects. The customer must exercise proper care to minimize any such damage. Handmade products will generally vary in color and/or texture. Measurements are approximate due to fabrics natural ability to stretch and shrink.

Due to the nature of electronic media, the color of actual product may differ slightly from picture. Dye lots may change without notice.

We strongly recommend that you order a fabric sample prior to placing an order.

Return Policy
Should any item fail to meet your expectations, return it within 15 days in a new and unused condition in unopened package and we will gladly exchange it or refund your merchandise price. However, prior to returning the product, you will need to request a RMA number or call tag. Returns without a call tag will not be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Clearance or Sale items are can not be returned.

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience at in-fusions.com. If not satisfied with your order you may (with exceptions below), return it within 15 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error, you will be issued a call tag. For all other returns, a $10 restock fee will be applied for reasons other than manufactures defect. We require that you pay to ship the item back to us. Original shipping fees paid on your order are non-refundable.

Please save your original packing until you are sure your order is defect free, damage free and correct. Backorders may apply without notice for up to 8 weeks.

Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns on opened bedding.
- Products must be returned in the original condition & packaging, including all tags, labels, inserts & instructions.
- Sample & Sales promotion items sales are final; no returns will be accepted.
- Fabric swatches are not returnable.

Please note: If you purchased your item through an authorized reseller, contact them directly or visit their website for their return policies. Do not send product purchased through an in-fusions reseller back to in-fusions.

Include: 1) your name & address, 2) order ID number, 3) item name and 4) the reason. This email must be received within 10 calendar days from the date the package was delivered to you. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) via email. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package when shipped back to in-fusions.com. RMA numbers are only valid for 10 calendar days from receiving, so promptly ship back the item. in-fusions.com reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not have a valid RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper on freight collect basis. We will not be responsible for the loss of any returned merchandise that has not been insured.

Damaged Shipments
in-fusions.com makes every effort to ensure proper packaging and shipping. Please inspect the package prior to signing for it. In case of damaged packages, please do not sign for it and contact us by email or telephone. Any damage should be noted and processed through the shipping company.

Order Cancellation
